Very near to Hataka Station and 20min taxi ride to airport (no traffic jam). Lots of restaurants and shopping malls surrounding. Easy access to anywhere. Breakfast has 2 selection either western or Japanese. Spread was superb. Hotel staffs friendly and helpful. I left a tote bag of duty free items in room after check out. Staff managed to found it and bring it down to lobby and handed over to me, knowing that i am rushing for my flight. Thank you for the help rendered. Will definitely come back again.

It was an excellent service by Concierge Staff especially by Isamu Moronaga ( Jonathan ). He was very helpful in successfully finding 2 seats for us to get bus tickets for Yufuin when earlier we failed, but he fought for the best result until late evening, Our conclusion Moronaga san is a man who always done his best. Highly appreciation for him' Also the good services from staff during breakfast every morning in Japanese restaurant

1) Location - within walking distance of about 5 mins to Hataka train station and bus terminal. 2) Room size - it was big enough as compared to other hotels. 3) Room has plenty of electrical outlets especially for those who has multiple electronic gadgets. 4) Connecting rooms - not a lot of hotels have this feature nowadays. 5) Plenty of toiletries provided

Parking was easy and convenient. Staff were helpful. Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was delicious and the buffet breakfast was extensive with the ability to eat from 6.30am, which was useful given our early start. Our room was quiet and we slept very well indeed.
